POLICIES
TEAM ADDISON CANADA is a non-profit organization and we are doing are best to provide high quality apparel at a reasonable price. At this time to achieve this, we must place large orders and currently do not carry an inventory. Our apparel orders are placed based on order deadlines and can be fulfilled if we meet our order requirements. Once orders are placed with our production company, we receive the apparel in approximately 2 weeks.
We offer a large variety of colours to order our amazing apparel in. Unfortunately availability of colours is not 100% known until we place the order. If for an unfortunate reason your colour is not available you will contacted to select another colour OR give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
We offer free local delivery in Haldimand Norfolk County or you are welcome to pick your order up. If shipping is required you will be contacted after your order is placed and we promise to get you the best shipping rate. Any additional shipping fee will need to be paid prior to shipping (we are still working out the shipping bugs…we apologize for any inconvenience)
Payment of your apparel is due once the order is placed with our production company.
