LIVE Sessions Schedule

All live sessions are EASILY accessed via a zoom link. Jill will be available 15 min prior to the start of every live class and 15 minutes after class for any questions or support needed.

Mondays 8 am EST – RESISTANCE TRAINING

Tuesdays 7 pm EST – 60 min Yoga

Wednesdays 8 am EST – 15:10:5

Thursdays 8 am EST – ABS

Friday 6 am EST – Morning Yoga

Session Descriptions

Yoga

Suited for all fitness levels from beginners to seasoned yogis. Jill offers a yoga practice that is non-judgemental with ample instructions to ensure you yoga practice is safe and effective.

Resistant Training

30-minute workout to burn calories and build strength. No equipment is required and designed for ALL fitness levels.

15:10:5

Jill’s newest session – 15 minutes of movement, 10 minutes of abs and minutes of yoga and stretching.

Abs

15 to 20 minute program of short cardio intervals paired with abdominal work for a strong!

Specialty Classes

RESISTANT BAND WORKOUTS, WEIGHTED YOGA, SPECIALTY YOGA SESSIONS, AND PRINTED & AUDIO WORKOUTS.
