Once you register you will able to SIGN IN on our members only page with your personal USERNAME and PASSWORD. Here will you easily be able to access our ZOOM LINK to join our LIVE SESSIONS. No zoom account is required just click and you have access to our program.

I have never done ZOOM sessions before! What do I need to know?
Zoom sessions are EASY, CONVENIENT and VERY PERSONAL. All participants are muted and you have the option of turning off your video so you are completely privately from other participants (most choose to do this). It is easy but if it is new & you need some help, that is what we are here for!
What type of equipment do I need for the sessions?
For our sessions, all you need is YOU. Having a mat and a chair is ideal but you will always given alternatives to exercises. If possible dumbbells, a stability ball and a step with risers would give you more options for your workouts but are not required for an effective workout.
How do I know if the classes are suitable for my fitness level?
Every exercise and workout in our program is designed for you to go at your own pace. You simply modify as needed and most importantly focus on safety and listening to your own body. It is as simple as go faster or slower. The workouts are designed with similar exercises in NEW workouts so every time you join us the workouts are easy to follow and effective.
Demo videos will be available for you to view at your convenience with modifications and tips on proper form.
Any health concerns or past injuries it is your responsibility to consult with your physician or health professional if exercise is suitable for you and/or any modifications you need to make for your own specific situation.
Regardless of your starting point you are simply encouraged to do your best each workout.
How do I register and what is the cost?

Do you have any tips for ZOOM?
- Have a designated area in your home if possible free from distracts
- Have a playlist of music ready to go.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early if possible. When you are able to enter the workout your mic will be muted and we can turn it on to chat if needed.
- During our sessions you will have the option of leaving your video/camera ON or OFF. Your microphone will be muted during the workout.
- All workouts are recorded to be uploaded for unlimited convenient access. But not to worry…I am the only one on the video.
- Always listen to your body…no judgement. Do what you can. Rest when need. Run to the bathroom. Grab a drink….you are muted, it is completely private!!!
Registration Policy
By proceeding with membership registration, you are releasing Chronically Fit Canada from any liability with regards to injury or damages resulting from participation in our programs. Before starting any exercise routine, the member takes full responsibility to seek any needed advice from their physician or health professionals in regards to any medical conditions or injuries that may impact their ability to participate.
Recurring Memberships
MEMBERSHIPS can be cancelled at any time through the My Account after logging in to our MEMBERS ONLY site at ww.chronicallyfitcanada.com. Once cancelled your membership will expire at the end of the month and will not automatically renew.
It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership before it renews and the payment is processed. After the payment is processed, there will be no refunds.
