MORNING YOGA (30-35 min) Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 6 am
EVENING YOGA (20 to 30 min). Wednesdays 9:00 pm

ZOOM TIPS and SUGGESTIONS:
- Think of your set up time as time saved on travel…it is what we need to do.
- Have a designated area in your home if possible free from distracts
- Have a playlist of music ready to go.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early if possible. When you are able to enter the workout your mic will be muted and we can turn it on to chat
- During our sessions you will have the option of leaving your camera ON or OFF Your microphone will be muted during the workout.
- Always listen to your body…no judgement. Do what you can. Rest when need. Run to the bathroom. Grab a drink. Yell at the kids…you are muted!!!
